Returns Policy
At Kaine Management, all net proceeds of sale are donated in full to charity. For that reason, purchases are intended to be final and, subject to your legal rights, Kaine Management does not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not comply with applicable consumer law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
Non-faulty items
If you purchased an item in person, returns and refunds are not accepted for unwanted items, incorrect size, colour preference, or other change-of-mind reasons, unless Kaine Management agrees otherwise in writing.
If you purchased an item online, by phone, or by mail, your legal cancellation rights will apply where required by law. Where those rights apply, you must notify Kaine Management within 14 days of receiving the item, and then return the item within the following 14 days.
Returned items must be unused, in the condition received, and include any original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase, except where the item is faulty or your legal rights provide otherwise.
Faulty or mis described items
If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, please contact Kaine Management as soon as possible with your order details and, where helpful, photographs of the issue. If your claim is valid, Kaine Management will arrange an appropriate remedy in line with consumer law.
Refund method
Where a refund is due under applicable law, it will be made to the original payment method.
