"Find Your Voice" is a Black achievement project for learners at Leicester College.  Working in partnership with the Diversity Manager at the College, Kainé Management  support learners and look at barriers to success, raise awareness of race equality issues, raise aspirations, and meet positive role models.  The project will engage learners in developing a dvd resource for staff on the issues that affect black learners.

Kainé Management is currently recruiting learners at the college to develop a forum and are looking forward to an exciting programme of activities over the next couple of months.
